GitHub, where an approved change arrives as a pull request.

Connect from your own GitHub account, on the repositories you choose. An approved change arrives as a pull request, deploying is a separate approval, and a change can be cancelled before it is deployed or restored after.

What GitHub adds to XORV

  • A pull request, never a silent push

XORV Build opens a pull request with the change you approved, after running its checks. Nothing reaches your main branch until you deploy it.

    What XORV reads

    • The repositories you choose
    • The files a change touches

    What you see

    • A pull request for each approved change
    • Where each change stands, step by step
    • Cancel before deploying, restore after

Available: the whole flow is proven live.

  • Deploy merges this exact pull request

Pressing Deploy merges the pull request you reviewed, and your hosting publishes it. Restore is offered afterwards, unless the files have changed since.

Why it matters for AI answers

  • Your code, your review

A change arrives the way your team already works: as a pull request you can read, comment on and test.

  • Deploying is its own decision

Approving a change opens the pull request. Deploying it is a separate approval, and your hosting publishes it as usual.

  • A way back

Cancel a change before it is deployed, or restore it afterwards while its files are unchanged.

What connecting allows

XORV can

  • Open a pull request for a change you approved
  • Merge that exact pull request when you press Deploy
  • Restore a deployed change while its files are unchanged

XORV never

  • Change your code without a pull request
  • Touch repositories you did not choose
  • Deploy without your approval

How to connect

  1. Connect your GitHub account

From your XORV workspace, connect your own GitHub account and choose the repositories XORV may work on.

  2. Approve a change

XORV Build runs its checks and opens a pull request with the change you approved.

  3. Deploy when ready

Press Deploy to merge that pull request, and your hosting publishes it. Restore is offered afterwards.

Questions people ask

Can XORV push straight to my main branch?

No. Every change arrives as a pull request, and it reaches your main branch only when you press Deploy.

Which repositories can XORV see?

Only the ones you choose when you connect your GitHub account.

Can I undo a deployed change?

Yes. Restore is offered after deploying, as long as the files have not changed since.
