XORV writes a report from your own latest measurement — a daily report, any one chapter, or all seven chapters for your brand — in PDF, Word, HTML or Markdown, with every chapter naming the reading it is built from.

The questions it answers
How do we share where we stand?
Export a report your team can read without the dashboard: the figures with their counts, the tables and the notes on what was not counted.
Can we trust the numbers in it?
Nothing in a report is measured anew. Every figure counts valid answers only, and answers that did not come back valid are stated, never counted as an absence.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. A report is written in the language of your interface, and the Word file is set right to left for Arabic.
What are the seven chapters?
Visibility, buyer questions, competitors, sources, your site, your actions and trends. Each chapter states the population it counts, and its table shows the counts behind every figure. The competitors chapter lists the ten organisations named most, and the sources chapter the ten sites cited most.
What if a chapter has nothing to read?
It says so. A site not checked yet, actions that could not be read or a connection that is not there is stated in plain words — a report never fills a gap with sample figures.
What heads each report?
Your brand and domain, the date it was exported, the run it measures and how each engine was asked — then a short summary before the chapters, and a note on what the figures count at the end.
What you see
One report, written once from your measurement, saved in the format your team works in.
Three kinds
A daily report — dated today, naming its run — with visibility, the top five questions and the top five actions; any one chapter; or all seven chapters for one brand.
Each chapter states its own population, and what it reads: visibility, questions, competitors and sources read the latest run, the site chapter your latest site check, and trends set your latest week against the week before.

Four real formats
PDF, Word, HTML and Markdown, each written from the same report — the Word file is a real .docx, not a renamed web page, and the PDF is printed from the very page you preview.
Before you export, the report is previewed on an A4 sheet exactly as it will print. Each file is named by its kind and its date.
A report in Arabic reads right to left in every format, with the tables and figures in their places.
It is written in the language you use the dashboard in, English or Arabic. In the Word file, right to left is set on every paragraph, table and section, so Arabic opens the right way round.

How a report is written
01
From your own reading
The report is written on the server from your latest measurement, read with your own access. Until your brand has been measured, the page says so rather than showing a sample.
02
Previewed on A4
You see the report on an A4 sheet before you export it, exactly as it will be written.
03
Exported and kept
Choose PDF, Word, HTML or Markdown. The export is kept in History on this browser.
Questions people ask

Can reports be scheduled or emailed?
Not today. You export a report when you need it.
Can a report cover several brands?
